A global citizen, born in Canada from a Portuguese mother and a Brazilian father, she migrated for most of her life between different countries and learned to adapt to the different cultures she encountered.
Sara is a natural bridge between worlds and realities. With more than 11 years of dedication to hospitals, these days she connects her specialization (Cardiac Physiologist – in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease) to her work at Terra do Sol, bridging healing in its multiple ways. She believes in the urgent need for connection between conventional and ancestral medicine and healing techniques and therefore is currently doing her advanced masters in Integrative Medicine.
She is a student and a translator of the native indigenous traditions of Indigenous peoples. Mother, founder, director, secretary, and administrator, she manages the logistics of the multiple projects created at Terra do Sol Project, one of the main seeds of Solar.
